Oakvien is a structured property maintenance and compliance company built specifically for managing agents, landlords and portfolio operators who require reliability, clarity and control.

Our approach is straightforward:

Our process removes unnecessary back-and-forth, eliminates missed updates and replaces informal contractor management with a structured framework built on timelines, reporting standards and accountability.

We operate across the South Coast, from Kent to Cornwall, delivering reactive maintenance, planned works, compliance services and refurbishment projects across the South Coast.

Our Story

Oakvien was established to address a persistent issue within property management:

After working within the industry and overseeing multiple large property portfolios, it became clear that the recurring frustrations were not caused by a lack of skilled trades, the problem was inconsistency, slow responses, poor communication, missed appointments, and a lack of clear accountability.

Jobs were not failing due to workmanship, they were failing due to the absence of systems.

Oakvien was built to correct that.
