Our Story

Oakvien was created because maintenance in property management was broken.

Working inside the industry, I saw the same problems every single day, slow response times, poor communication, missed appointments, and jobs that went round in circles with no structure or accountability. Managing agents were frustrated, clients were frustrated, and the experience felt far more complicated than it needed to be.​

As a maintenance manager overseeing a large portfolio of properties, I realised something simple:

Maintenance wasn’t failing because of a lack of skills, it was failing because of a lack of systems.
