Oakvien provides physical property maintenance services across Southampton and Portsmouth, including reactive repairs, general maintenance, handyman work, and related tasks. Access to the Oakvien Portal is provided as part of our service process to allow clients to submit jobs, track progress, and receive updates. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting requests, ensuring reasonable access to the property, and communicating promptly regarding appointments or changes.

All service fees and charges will be communicated before work is carried out. Invoices must be paid within the stated time frame. Oakvien does not sell digital products or subscriptions through its website; all services are arranged directly with clients, landlords, or management companies. While Oakvien aims to deliver services with reasonable care, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party contractors, pre-existing property conditions, or damages resulting from misuse, lack of access, or failure to follow professional guidance.
